|As part of our ongoing efforts to make your life easier, we recently turned our attention to the Front Desk. A handful of clients had mentioned that our prize fulfillment process can be intimidating, particularly if all the receptionist wants to do is look up a listener, give them a prize, and get on to the next person in line.|
So we went back to the drawing board and came up with a streamlined way to distribute prizes: Quick Pickup!
Quick Pickup simplifies the screen during prize fulfillment so you can keep things moving. Look up the listener to get a quick snapshot of all unclaimed prizes, collect a signed release form or W-9, and save the distribution info. It also seamlessly integrates with our recent Digital Signatures
update, and we think it's going to make 2017 the smoothest year yet up at the Front Desk.
