2.0, a totally re-imagined user experience for your stations to put together
Sales Promotion Requests. Sales 2.0 puts you in charge of creating the forms,
setting up the approval process and making sure you alert the staff members who
will execute the promotion.
What’s new? Where do we start! Sales 2.0 allows you to
completely customize the look of your request form and gives you the ability to
create as many forms as you desire, each based on the perfect amount of
information you want to include. Don’t see a particular field that you need? No
problem! With Sales 2.0 you now have the added luxury of creating custom
questions to add to your requests.
Each form you create also allows you to choose the specific
staff members who should be alerted to the request, with all information conveniently
placed on one single page. Doing the same promotion for multiple stations in
the cluster? No need to recreate it every time, Sales 2.0 gives you the ability
to create one for multiple stations. You’ll get instant notifications when it’s
time for you to chime in, and once it’s your turn, you can quickly approve or
deny the request with a simple click of a button directly from the email
notification, whether you’re at your desk or on the go! We’ve also added in a
new Existing Requests list, where you’ll find a quick summary of current
requests that are still pending, with easy access to all other approved and
denied items as well. And if all that wasn’t quite enough, we’ve updated
security settings so that your Account Execs are restricted to viewing only their requests, so you don’t have to
worry about prying eyes.
