NEW DAILY WINNERS REPORT
Need to look-up a winner but can’t remember the name or the contest? Good news! With our Daily Winners report, you can view all winners across selected station across a select period. No criteria necessary!
If you MUST have a paper document, we now have an attachments section in the Listener Database! Click on the attachments tab and you can add scans of your paper winner sheets, or any other documents you want to be saved in PromoSuite. It’s helpful to keep everything in one place.
CUSTOM REPORT HEADINGS
Now you have the ability to customize the name of your radio station on all reports and documentation. This includes affidavits, winner release forms and more!
ADD WINNERS FROM THE PROMOTIONS SECTION
Not all winners are marked in the studio. For such reasons, we’ve implemented an “Add Winner” button for every type of contest. Now, from the Promotions Section, you can add a winner once the contest is opened with one click!
CAN/CANNOT RULES FOR AN ENTIRE CONTEST
Allocation buttons have been added to apply rules for the entire flight, weekdays, or weekends only. Customized scheduling has never been easier!
CONTEST TYPE SPECIFIC FIELDS FOR SALES REQUESTS
For those who use digital sales requests for online or on-air contests, we’ve streamlined the process! Use the “Standard” or “Online” contest fields, and the upon finalizing a request, you can allocate the prize to give away the contest immediately!
