Getting to Know Your Client Relations Specialist

Have you ever signed up for a product or service, and then struggled to actually speak to a human being (looking at you cable company I won’t mention by name…)? Have you spent an hour yelling things like “yes,” “unsure,” or “customer support” while some snarky robot tells you that it can’t understand your answer? Well at PromoSuite, we believe that while a robot can vacuum your living room, it probably can’t help you figure out your Liner rotation strategy very effectively. And that’s why each of our clients is assigned with their very own devoted Client Relations Specialist.

When you sign up to use any of our systems, your dedicated Client Relations Specialist is there to understand why you signed up with us in the first place, work on a rollout plan, and make sure that everybody on your staff becomes comfortable with our systems.
 
All the training and troubleshooting is completely free, there’s no limit to the number of times you can call, and we promise that all jokes will be good-natured and all mountains will be moved to make sure you get the results you need.
 
As for the people you’ll actually be working with, many of our Client Relations Specialists are media people too—most of us have worked in radio, advertising, sales, design, or digital, and we actively screen to make sure that our people not only understand the business on a superficial level, but also understand what you’re actually going through.
 
We know how hectic a day can be, we know how pushy a boss can be, and we know the stress that comes from needing an answer now. Have a new employee? Great! Don’t worry about it, just set up a training call with us. Have a Sales Manager that just asked for a “quick favor” that actually sounds like you’ll be at your desk until midnight? Call us for help so you’re only there until 9:30 (we can help, but we never claimed to be miracle workers).
