Tips for Logging in to PromoSuite Next

We are always looking for ways to make your job easier and faster. The first step in doing so is to ensure that you are able to log into your PromoSuite Next account as quickly as possible. Whether you forgot your password or you get locked out of your account after five attempts, here are a few things to remember:

1. Passwords are case sensitive! Make sure you are putting in the correct casing when entering your password. Want to make 100% sure? Click on the little eye icon which will display what you have entered. 

2. Ensure you are putting -FM or -AM at the end of your call letters in the station field. Example: WJPZ-FM.

3. Utilize the “Forgot My Password” link. This will allow you to receive the re-set email and change the password right from your computer or phone. Be sure to use this option prior to your fifth attempt, as you will not be able to reset your own password once you are locked out.

4. If for some reason you get to the last attempt and get locked out, any of your local admin users will be able to unlock your account and reset your password.
