Some great new features have been released since last quarter, and as usual we’re excited to share them with you!
NEW FEATURE UPDATES DELIVERED RIGHT TO YOU:
Keep an eye out for our ongoing improvements and new features every week by checking out our “Updates” page in the dropdown menu where you see your name up top. And, of course, if you have any questions about these features and how to set them up, don’t hesitate to email or call your friendly Client Relations Specialist at (212) 509-1200, or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ABILITY TO CREATE MULTIPLE ITEMS IN SALES REQUESTS:
Now you can create Sales Request forms to include more than one of the same type of item. Does your monthlong Coldplay promotion feature two different ticket giveaways? No problem! Using the new field “Contest (Multiple)”, you will be able to add in as many new sets of fields for contest information as you need. The same option has been built out for multiple Events, Promos, and Liners. You can add these new fields by going to Setup > Sales Form > Setup.
PREVENTING ACCIDENTAL OVERWRITING OF EXISTING WINNER’S INFORMATION IN THE STUDIO:
If you’ve ever dealt with having to clean up a situation where a jock has overwritten an existing winner in your database, you know there can be a lot of unnecessary detective work to track what happened and fix the mistake. This was usually due to the information of an ineligible winner not being properly cleared out. Our new “Automatically clear winner info when listener is ineligible for the contest” option can be found on the Setup > In-Studio > General page.
FIRST DAILY VIEW OF THE IN-STUDIO:
Speaking of the In-Studio section, we are giving you a new option for what your jocks see when they visit. The previous setting was to default to the next item scheduled, but now you can choose the first item from the current daypart instead. This option is also found on Setup > In-Studio > General.
SHOW TYPED PASSWORD ON THE LOGIN PAGE:
With so many passwords in life, why make it harder to log into just one more of your accounts? We’ve heard your feedback, and are now letting you choose whether your password is viewable while you type it in on the login screen. If you’re in a secure setting without prying eyes, click the eye icon to turn off the “hidden password” feature, and you’ll see the numbers and letters as you type them in, helping you assure you see what you’re entering. Feeling cautious again? Just click on the icon once more, and you’re back to secrecy. Go back and forth as much as you like!
