You’re already tracking your on-air contest winners through PromoSuite, why not include those winning through your website and social media outlets!? Luckily PromoSuite makes it easy for you to keep tabs on all your winners, regardless of where they actually won.
In the Promotions Tab, we have a designated ‘Online Contest’ section to enter in all details of the contest. No scheduling involved, this is merely to keep track of the information. Once a winner has been chosen, you are able to attach the online contest to their profile within the Listener Database.
Pull up the winners name in the Listener Database (or create them a new profile if they are a first time winner), click on the ‘Listener History’, and select the blue plus symbol to the right of the page. Make sure your date falls within the date of the online contest and you’ll be able to select the contest and save. The contest is now attached to the winner, just as if they won on-air, which means that when they come in to pick up their prize, your front desk staff doesn’t have to do anything differently. These quick and easy steps will allow you to keep track of all winnings within your station.
