"It's a brave new world here at PromoSuite!" declared Andrew Smith. "I truly believe we have the strongest Client Support team in the industry, and it's exciting to see our senior members take on more responsibility. I'd like to thank CEO Rocco Macri and CTO Chris Bungo for their faith in us, and I'd like to thank all of PromoSuite's users for keeping us employed!"
Malone joined PromoSuite in 2006 after graduating from St. John's University, and has since served in various capacities in Client Relations and Technical Support. Nachimson joined PromoSuite in 2007 after stops at Merill Lynch as Corporate Librarian, and Client Relations for ADP Human Resources.
"Having too much talent in the room is a pleasant problem to have," Macri explained. "This restructuring is based on our desire to utilize that talent in a way that will improve our product and our customer's satisfaction. We're excited to have Andrew Smith lead our Client Relations team, which includes two new junior members. Plus, we are really happy to find roles for Mike Malone and Dan Nachimson that will enable them to continue working with our clients, while specializing in areas that match their unique skill sets."
