Always Evolving! An update on PromoSuite Next features added this summer!

We’re back to highlight a few of the great new features that have been added in the last quarter. As always, you can call your friendly Client Relations Specialist at (212) 509-1200 to ask questions and get more details!


STATION-SPECIFIC SALES REQUEST FORMS:

We just added the ability to further customize your sales request forms by providing the option to create forms specific to just one station. For all the promotions you run that don’t involve sister stations, this helps cut down on unnecessary clutter.

RESEND SALES REQUEST SUBMISSION ALERT EMAILS:

Sometimes proposals get held up. We get it. When all you need is a little nudge, now you can just resend an email alert for a Sales Request. Simply click the “Submit” button, and it will send an email to the person next in line where action is still pending. A gentle reminder!

AUTOMATICALLY DEACTIVATING INACTIVE USERS:

To help you make sure your list of PromoSuite Next users is up to date, you can set the account so that it checks for users that have been inactive for 90 days or more (more or less depending on your preferences). That way, in case your account admin doesn’t get the chance to disable or delete a user that has left the company, PromoSuite Next can sweep through your user list on an ongoing basis and deactivate the dormant accounts for you.

NEW CUSTOMIZABLE STUDIO PAGES:

Thanks to input from a handful of progressive users, we have added new pages to make life easier for your on-air talent. Our fully customizable additions include a Traffic Report, Concert Calendar, and a page that can be used as a bulletin board for daily programming announcements. We even have a page where you can list important phone numbers, so you always have the digits available to reach out to your Program Director, your local IT Manager or even your favorite pizza place.

EASILY UPDATE PRIZE DISTRIBUTION FOR WINNERS IN THE DATABASE:

Now it’s much easier to correct or update the details of prize or ticket distributions all on one page. It’s all done with the new pencil icon which you’ll find next to the prize information on the distribution page of the Listener Database. Click on the icon to change the distribution method, number of tickets, or correct a wrong seat number or prize serial number.

NEW SPANISH LANGUAGE VERSION - IN-STUDIO SECTION NOW AVAILABLE IN SPANISH:

PromoSuite has started on the path to becoming bi-lingual! The Studio section has been completely translated into Spanish … with more sections on tap in the coming months! It’s easy to switch from English to Spanish (and back) for each separate user by clicking on the username at the top of the screen and selecting “Change Language” in the dropdown box. (Also, this can be achieved for the entire account if you want to switch over for all users by going to the General Information page in Setup.)
